Are the items for sale in the store originals?
All the items sold on my website were designed and / or created by me.
So, in that regard, they are original.
Sometimes I use 3rd parties to fulfil a process ( for example, I don't laser-cut or print the pin badges ).
What are the specs?
Each 'Progtastic' poster print is A2 size ( 420 x 594mm ) which is pretty ... er, sizeable. Full colour, professionally printed on quality satin-finish photo paper. The satin-finish gives a softer sheen than gloss paper, so it looks great behind glass. Each poster print will be signed by me.
The sizes of other prints - music-inspired, or otherwise - are clearly stated in their description.
They are also finished on high quality satin-finish photo paper.
The album cover Christmas cards are 15cm x 15cm ( square, like an album cover, see ?! )
The sizes of other cards are clearly stated in their description
All cards are printed on quality smooth white card.
Envelopes are included.
Pin badges vary in size, but the individual sizes are clearly stated in their description ( with a tolerance of a couple of mm ). Where badges are of an irregular shape it may have been necessary to use an approximate size.
Currently, my pin badges are made from wood ( birch ply ), as I'm reluctant to add to the amount of plastic in the world. They have a metal butterfly fastener on the reverse.
The A2 poster prints ... don't you do anything ... smaller?
No. Each illustration is crammed full of Progtastic detail. Making the prints any smaller would make some of those details impossible to see clearly. And, let's be honest, an A2 illustration is going to look great hanging on the wall.
Don't you do anything bigger?
No. That would be madness!
Will you be selling other stuff in the future?
Of course.
See my online shop to find out what's new.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. But please check with your local mail service provider regarding import restrictions.
I cannot be held responsible if orders are seized by Customs. Also, be aware that import charges may apply. All international orders will be declared at the full sales value. Because of this, if an order is for more than one item, I will usually ship the individual items separately.
What shipping options are there?
Delivery for ALL orders over £30 is free.
For orders under £30, shipping is based on a combination of weight & size ( which is how Royal Mail calculate their postal charges ).
All UK shipments are sent via Royal Mail 1st class. Overseas orders are sent via international standard.
For UK shipments this typically means delivery within 3 - 5 working days.
For international shipments, typical delivery is within 7 working days.
How are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. All poster prints will be shipped rolled in a robust mail tube. Usually items will be shipped individually. This not only reduces the risk of multiple items being damaged in the event of a shipping incident, it also reduces the overall value of each individual shipment for Customs purposes.
Card sets and A4 illustrations are shipped in card-backed envelopes.
How quickly are orders shipped?
I aim to have all orders shipped within 7 working days of being placed. Sometimes it may take a little longer, but I will inform you via email if this is the case. Please allow 30 days before contacting me that your order hasn't arrived.
But what if the item(s) I want is/are out of stock?
That's shouldn't be a problem. Orders are created as they are placed. Unless something very unusual happens (zombie invasion, apocalyptic flood etc.) your order will be shipped within 7 days.
Returns - What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order does arrived damaged then let me know within 30 days of receipt. Please return the goods to me, and once it's established the damage was caused in transit, I'll refund the return postage ( within 21 days ) and send out a replacement.
Returns - What if my order arrives but I no longer want it?
If your order arrives but you no longer want it then let me know in advance, and return the goods within 30 days of receipt. The shipment must be unopened, in original condition, with all seals intact.
Once I have received the shipment the purchase price will be refunded. The cost of return postage will not be refunded however.
